The Florida Consortium of Advocates for Infants and Toddlers held its
annual meeting in Orlando on 11/9/11 and presented Dr. Fonda Davis
Eyler a plaque to recognize her outstanding contributions to the Early
Steps Program over the past 33 years.  Following the FCAIT Meeting,
Dr. MaryLou Behnke hosted a wonderful retirement reception for Dr.
Davis Eyler.


Kellie Lightbourn is the spokesperson for the Florida Consortium of
Advocates for Infants and Toddlers (FCAIT) and actively participates in
the support of Early Steps and for all persons with developmental needs.
